NUOVO TITLE NAME NEL 2022 PER IL TEAM DI SAVIO E BELLINI: ARRIVA LA SPAGNOLA DRONE HOPPER
Drone Hopper, sarà questo il primo nome del team diretto e gestito da Gianni Savio e Marco Bellini per la stagione 2022 e le tre seguenti.
Start up spagnola nel campo dell’innovazione aeronautica, l’azienda che ha sede a Leganés, a due passi da Madrid, si è legata infatti ad Az Cycling, la società di gestione del team con a capo Gianpietro Foletti, per quattro anni.
L’intenzione chiara per i vertici di Az Cycling è quella di sviluppare un progetto ambizioso e solido, come spiega Marco Bellini: «Per noi è un accordo importante, che ci consentirà di lavorare con serenità e la consueta professionalità, ma in un’ottica più moderna rispetto a quanto il ciclismo attuale richiede.
Potremo pianificare al meglio l’attività del team sul medio e lungo periodo».
Drone Hopper, che lavora a stretto contatto con l’università madrilena Carlos III, progetta, produce e commercializza droni ad alta capacità, senza pilota multirotore per impieghi “gravosi”, principalmente per soluzioni antincendio, agricole e logistiche.
Grazie ad un’esperienza ingegneristica di primissimo livello Drone Hopper ha innovato, fin dal suo avvio cinque anni fa, la tecnologia dei suoi droni che sono nati con l’idea di abbassare notevolmente i costi ecologici, economici e umani generati dagli incendi.
L’azienda spagnola, che ha nell’ingegnere aeronautico Pablo Flores Peña il Ceo e ha ricevuto già numerosi riconoscimenti tra cui uno dall’agenzia spaziale europea, a supporto dei suoi progetti può contare da tempo sull’Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea.
I modelli sul mercato sono tre e il 2022 darà avvio alle prime importanti commesse a livello nazionale e internazionale.
Sulla sponsorizzazione nel team Pablo Flores Peña commenta: «Il ciclismo è spettacolo e fatica e rispecchia perfettamente i valori di Drone Hopper. Inoltre, permette di raggiungere un’ampia e variegata parte della società che segue con passione questo fantastico sport».
Sull’accordo che porta DH nel grande ciclismo arrivano, naturalmente, anche le parole di Gianni Savio: «Siamo di fronte ad un’azienda giovane, in espansione, che intende estendere la conoscenza del proprio marchio a livello Internazionale.
Sono lieto che abbia scelto la nostra squadra per farlo e ringrazio il Ceo Pablo Flores Peña per la fiducia accordata». Sui termini dell’abbinamento sempre Savio spiega: «Abbiamo siglato un accordo quadriennale, con un investimento graduale per un buon team Professional nel prossimo anno e successivamente aspirare al salto di categoria.
Siamo pronti ad intensificare ancor di più l’attività internazionale per portare in giro per il mondo il nome del nostro nuovo sponsor».
La costruzione del nuovo team con Drone Hopper title name ora aspetta di completarsi, senza trascurare il recente passato. Ancora Marco Bellini spiega: «Nelle prossime settimane termineremo gli incontri con i partner che ci hanno sostenuto in questi anni, senza i quali non avremmo mai potuto vivere stagioni ricche di soddisfazioni come quelle passate.
Molti di loro ci hanno già confermato l’appoggio e siamo fiduciosi lo facciano anche altri, primi fra tutti Androni Giocattoli e Sidermec».
Durante la prossima Vuelta di Spagna l’ingresso di Drone Hopper nel ciclismo sarà presentato ai media internazionali nel corso di una conferenza stampa.
E dal mese prossimo andrà anche a completarsi il roster per la stagione 2022.

PRESS RELEASE – NEW TITLE NAME IN 2022 FOR THE TEAM OF SAVIO AND BELLINI: THE SPANISH DRONE HOPPER ARRIVES
Drone Hopper, this will be the title name of the team directed and managed by Gianni Savio and Marco Bellini for the 2022 season and the following three. Spanish start-up in the field of aeronautical innovation, the company based in Leganés, a stone’s throw from Madrid, has in fact linked itself to Az Cycling, the management company of the team headed by Gianpietro Foletti, for four years. The clear intention for the top management of Az Cycling is to develop an ambitious and solid project, as explained by Marco Bellini: «For us it is an important agreement, which will allow us to work with serenity and the usual professionalism, but with a view to more modern than what current cycling requires. We will be able to better plan the team’s activity over the medium and long term».
Drone Hopper, which works closely with the University of Madrid Carlos III, designs, manufactures and markets high-capacity, unmanned multirotor drones for “heavy” use, mainly for fire, agricultural and logistic solutions. Thanks to top-level engineering experience, Drone Hopper has innovated, since its inception five years ago, the technology of its drones that were born with the idea of significantly lowering the ecological, economic and human costs generated by fires. The Spanish company, which has the Ceo in aeronautical engineer Pablo Flores Peña and has already received numerous awards including one from the European space agency, has long counted on the Agency for the Promotion of European Research to support its projects. There are three models on the market and in 2022 will start the first important orders at national and international level. On the sponsorship in the team Pablo Flores Peña comments: «Cycling is spectacle and effort and perfectly reflects the values of Drone Hopper. Furthermore, it allows you to reach a wide and varied part of the club that follows this fantastic sport with passion».
Of course, the words of Gianni Savio also come to the agreement that brings DH to great cycling: «We are facing a young, expanding company that intends to extend the knowledge of its brand internationally. I am pleased that he has chosen our team to do so and I thank the Ceo Pablo Flores Peña for the trust he has placed». On the terms of the combination, Savio always explains: «We have signed a four-year agreement, with a gradual investment for a good Professional team over the next year and subsequently aspire to the leap in category. We are ready to intensify our international activity even more to bring the name of our new sponsor around the world».
The construction of the new team with Drone Hopper title name is now waiting to be completed, without neglecting the recent past. Marco Bellini again explains: «In the next few weeks we will finish the meetings with the partners who have supported us over the years, without which we would never have been able to experience seasons as full of satisfactions as the past ones. Many of them have already confirmed their support and we are confident others will do so too, first of all Androni Giocattoli and Sidermec».
During the next Vuelta Espana the entry of Drone Hopper into cycling will be presented to the international media during a press conference. And from next month it will also complete the roster for the 2022 season.
