BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: CONTINUA LA LINEA VERDE ITALIANA, LUCA COLNAGHI PASSERÀ PROFESSIONISTA CON IL #GREENTEAM.
Il 22enne in forza al team Trevigiani Campana Imballaggi Geo&Tex, Luca Colnaghi, passerà professionista con la Bardiani CSF Faizanè a partire dalla stagione 2022. Si tratta del secondo innesto annunciato dal team, dopo il giovanissimo sprinter spagnolo Iker Bonillo. Continua così la linea verde della squadra che vuole dare opportunità nel professionismo ai giovani atleti italiani meritevoli.
Luca Colnaghi passerà professionista con la Bardiani CSF Faizanè. Per il 22enne classe 1999 di Lecco in forza al team Trevigiani Campana Imballaggi Geo&Tex la firma è arrivata pochi giorni fa presso gli uffici di Barco di Bibbiano (RE) dove ha sede il team guidato dalla famiglia Reverberi.
Atleta completo, dallo spunto veloce, ma abile a resistere su percorsi misti, con due vittorie al Giro d’Italia Under23 nel 2020 e numerosi podi e piazzamenti di prestigio in questi ultimi due anni era giunto il momento di fare il grande salto nel professionismo. L’opportunità gli viene data dal #GreenTeam che si conferma da sempre team attento ai giovani atleti italiani meritevoli. Luca Colnaghi, oltre alle due vittorie al Giro Under23 nel 2020 ha conquistato anche la maglia a punti come miglior sprinter al Giro. Vanta inoltre un secondo posto al Trofeo Piva (2021), un terzo posto ai campionati italiani Under (2020), un secondo posto di tappa al Giro under (2021). Non sono mancate per lui già le occasioni di confrontarsi con i professionisti, come nell’ultima edizione del Per Sempre Alfredo dove ha chiuso 5° allo sprint.
Queste le parole di Luca Colnaghi al momento della firma: “Sono davvero felice e onorato di entrare a far parte del team della famiglia Reverberi. Ho avuto un primo contatto con Bruno Reverberi durante il Giro di quest’anno e ora finalmente il sogno di passare professionista si realizza. Sono felice di farlo in una squadra che sa far crescere i giovani dandogli subito spazio e responsabilità. In questi anni molti grandi campioni sono stati lanciati da questo team. Io per caratteristiche penso di poter diventare un atleta da classiche del nord, essendo veloce sui percorsi. Ma sono consapevole che il salto non è mai facile, sono anzitutto concentrato a fare bene dovunque avrò la possibilità di correre per conquistarmi così i miei spazi.”
